## What it is

Convert text into a voice message using TTS voices. Type your message and send it as natural-sounding audio directly in the conversation.

    Go to the **Custom Script** settings.
  </Step>

  <Step>

Agency‑level only. The toggle applies to all sub‑accounts at once. If the Custom JS script isn't installed yet, complete the [one‑time setup](/custom-js/overview) first.

    Open a WhatsApp conversation in the **Conversations** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step>

  </Step>

  <Step>
    Type your **Message** and click **Send**.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    The message is delivered to the contact as an audio message.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Notes & limitations

* The audio is generated at send time, so keep messages short for the most natural result
* To set up your own TTS voices, see [Text-to-Speech](/features/text-to-speech)
