# WhatsApp Number Picker

## What it is

Choose which WhatsApp number each message is sent from, making it easy to manage multiple numbers from one conversation view.

</Frame>

## How to enable it

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Open your **GoGHL dashboard**.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Go to the **Custom Script** settings.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Turn on the **WhatsApp Number Picker** toggle.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Agency‑level only. The toggle applies to all sub‑accounts at once. If the Custom JS script isn't installed yet, complete the [one‑time setup](/custom-js/overview) first.

## How to use it

<Steps>
  <Step>
    Open a WhatsApp conversation in the **Conversations** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    In the composer header, click the **phone number** dropdown next to the channel selector.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Pick the WhatsApp number you want to send from. The active number is marked with a check mark.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Type and send your message as usual. It goes out from the selected number.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Notes & limitations

* The picker only appears when the sub-account has more than one WhatsApp number connected
* The selection applies to the current conversation; other conversations keep their own number
