# AI Ban Protection Insights

> AI Ban Protection Insights gives every WhatsApp number a built-in analytics panel that tracks sending volume, response rates, and pending replies, then uses AI to flag the activity patterns that put your number at risk of a ban.

> Why it matters: Most bans come down to a handful of activity patterns: sudden outbound spikes, low reply rates, and one-sided outreach. AI Ban Protection Insights surfaces these patterns for each number so you can act before WhatsApp does.

## What it does[](#what-it-does "Direct link to What it does")

Every connected WhatsApp number gets its own **Analytics** panel built from activity signals: how many conversations were started, who started them, when, and whether a reply came back. You can view the last **7, 14, or 30 days**:

* **Total Conversations**: split between inbound and outbound
* **Outbound Started**: how many conversations you initiated, and what share of the total that is
* **Outbound Response Rate**: percentage of your outbound conversations that received a reply
* **Pending Replies**: outbound conversations still waiting on the customer

Two charts show the daily trend: **Conversations Started** (inbound, outbound replied, outbound pending) and **Outbound Response Rate** over time.

## AI insights[](#ai-insights "Direct link to AI insights")

Alongside the numbers, the **AI insights** panel looks at volume, timing, and reply activity and highlights the patterns that matter. Each insight is colour-coded by priority:

* 🔴 **Needs attention**: for example, outbound starts jumping 175% in a single day
* 🟡 **Worth a look**: for example, a response rate that could be higher, or a day with unusually few replies
* 🔵 **Good to know**: for example, your busiest day, or how much of your volume starts with you

Sparkle markers on the stat cards and chart show exactly where each insight comes from. Expand any insight to see the full explanation and what to do about it.

<Note>
As a number sends and receives more conversations, new insights on timing, templates, and follow-ups will appear automatically, all built from the same activity signals.

## How to use it[](#how-to-use-it "Direct link to How to use it")

* Check the panel before and after large campaigns to catch outbound spikes early
* If your response rate drops, slow down with [Drip Mode](/safety-and-protection/drip-mode) and review your [messaging guidelines](/safety-and-protection/essential-guidelines)
* A high **Pending Replies** count relative to inbound volume means your outreach is one-sided, so encourage replies to keep the number healthy
* Combine with [Residential Proxy](/safety-and-protection/residential-proxy) and a proper [warm-up](/safety-and-protection/warmup-strategy) for the strongest protection

> No tool can guarantee 100% ban prevention. Insights help you spot risky patterns early, and acting on them is what keeps your number safe.
