Connect Whatsapp with GoGHL.ai

Follow these simple steps to connect your WhatsApp account to your GoHighLevel CRM via GoGHL.ai.

Register on GoGHL.ai

• Visit GoGHL.ai and create an account.
• You can either use your google account or use your email directly.
• Once logged in, your Free trial will start immediately (7 days free, no card required).

Connect your Highlevel with GoGhl.ai

Follow the instruction and complete the mentioned onboarding steps to connect your HighLevel account with GoGhl.ai

• Connect your sub-accounts
• Select a Location to Start With
• Enable Conversation Provider

Click on connect and select your locations install the app on your locations.

Step 1: Install the app on sub-accounts

Quick Tip

For an easier setup you can click on Select All sub-accounts

Step 2: Select sub-account

_{You can always select more than one location.}

Step 3: Enable SMS Provider for your Sub-account

• Select your target sub-account and go to settings
  • Go to Settings > Phone Number > Advance Settings
• Select WhatsApp as custom SMS provider
• Click on Save button

IMPORTANT!

Make sure WhatsApp custom provider have Default tag.
Click on Save Button to add Default tag.

Step 3: Connect WhatsApp

Once you've successfully installed our app and changes the SMS provider, lets connect your WhatsApp

• Go to the WhatsApp tab from your sub-account or directly go to GoGHL.ai dashboard
• Click on Connet button, wait for the QR Code.\

• Once QR code is visible follow the mentioned steps on your phone:
  • Open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link Device → Scan QR

• Wait a few moments, and you should see a confirmation in your console indicating that your WhatsApp is now connected.

Your WhatsApp number is connected and ready to use.

Step 4: Verify the setup

• Once connected, you can start sending messages directly to your contacts.
• Go to Contacts → Select Contact → Send Message
