Go to your admin panel → Select the Location

Error 102: Manual Override Instance Doesn’t Exist
Cause: Manual override specifies a non-existent instance index Error Response{ WA#7 }” but the location only has instances #1, #2, and #3 configured.
What you’ll see in error:

View admin panel to see which instance numbers exist (e.g., 1, 2, 3)

Error 103: Manual Override Instance Not Connected
